Once upon a time, a monkey wanted to know information such as how much a company paid and how were the working hours. The monkey searched for answers, but only found other monkeys asking the same questions. This is how Salary Monkeys was born.

If you have been in the job market for a while, you probably know that it is very difficult to access information such as salaries or working hours before you are already employed. Companies benefit from this asymmetrical information.
